What is your Agency’s Return Policy?

Our organization, IDL TRAVEL does its best to provide customers with the best satisfaction possible. Should you be dissatisfied with our service, you may obtain a full refund within 7 days of delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. You will need to provide us with your order or Application ID number, full name, address, and date of purchase. All credits will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original statement.

Please note that IDL TRAVEL, will not accept returns if your IDL document is returned more than 7 days after the delivery date, is not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts.
